Tab Trade — What It Is
TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. CFD broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection matters. It suggests the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.
They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Interesting choice.
Market coverage: forex, stock indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, shares, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For something that is a few months old, that coverage is not narrow.
What You Trade On
Available: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from one account. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both is useful. Pick what suits your style.
MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you know MetaTrader previously, it is familiar territory.
cTrader is the alternative. Better DOM. Faster charting. Native automated trading. A lot of traders find it more natural after comparing.
FIX API is available for automated strategies but is only on the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is apparently coming. That would make the platform set once it is live.
What You Pay
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Straightforward. $0 to start. Good for beginners.
Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most brokers that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. This broker requires zero deposit.
VIP. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, custom pricing. Not something most retail traders. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.
Infrastructure
The execution is where Tab Trade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform quote a much wider range.
Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. The point is the infrastructure is there. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Put together that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering is strong. Few brokers with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
Safety
Now, the detail you need to be straight about. The broker is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is tier-3. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Plenty of tier-1 alternatives out there.
However. Benjamin Boulter built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup costs real money. Dodgy operations do not pay for Equinix connectivity. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It should factor into your decision.
What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. For that: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether the trade-off works comes down to your priorities.
Welcome Offer
TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You put money in, they top up your balance. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before you deposit.
